There is a slight chance that the mod textures aren't loading because they are corrupted if you have an image viewer capable of looking at/editing DDS files you'll be able to tell quickly, if you don't, try deleting them. If you have those two textures (the _n is just the normal map) in your data/textures folder, it most likely means that your problem isn't with those files, but with the mesh they are meant to be applied to. This basically means that the base files can never go "missing". The game will then load these files instead of the ones in the BSA archives. Most mods which replace those files will use the same filenames and directories as the original files, but are put in folders in your data directory, instead of overwriting the original BSAs.
